CSG Facilitator

Become a Community Share Group (CSG) Facilitator

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Becoming a CSG Facilitator offers a meaningful way to connect with people and create a supportive environment that addresses loneliness and fosters genuine friendships.

CSG Facilitators The Life Force of Our Community

Community Share Group (CSG) Facilitators are the heart and energy behind everything we do.
They help reduce loneliness, build meaningful connections, and create safe spaces for people to belong.

  What CSG Facilitators Do

Our facilitators play a vital role by:

  • Hosting weekly CSG Share Groups in their local community

  • Door-knocking and promoting CSG to those who need connection

  • Setting up new meetups such as walking groups, breakfast clubs, and dance nights

  • Providing a listening ear to anyone who needs support or encouragement

  Training & Development

Every facilitator receives ongoing training in:

  • Communication and listening skills

  • Life coaching and personal development

  • Leadership and community engagement

This helps them grow as leaders while positively impacting the lives of others.

Career & Opportunity

The average community facilitator earns around $28 per hour, working 40 hours per week.
Our mission is to have full-time CSG Facilitators in every Wellington suburb by 2026.

Your Sponsorship Makes a Difference

Your support helps us train and employ more facilitators — real people making a real difference.
Together, we can reduce loneliness and build stronger, more connected communities across Wellington.
